Mecenat briefings & specifications

On this page you'll find general specifications for standard Mecenat communications and exposition products as well as briefings on seasonal, special and one off campaigns. Select from the menu above what you're looking for.

Content Deadline

Please submit all required content at least ten (10) working days ahead of confirmed activity date.* In case of cancellation, due to late content delivery, please contact your KAM for rescheduling.

* Deadlines may vary during holidays and vacation seasons.

General specifications

Material specifications for general Mecenat products. Following these specifications assures your brand is exposed in the best possible way throughout our channels.

We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove copy to meet Mecenat's tone of voice. We reserve the right to crop images when needed and reassure that submitted images meet Mecenat's ethical requirements.

Competition

Specifications:

A competition normally last for 5 to 10 days and is communicated in Mecenat's own channels and on social media.

Our wish is that you provide and send the reward(s) with a total value of 5-10 000 SEK to the winner(s) of the competition. We alos need copy regarding the rewards and one or two images. The rest is on us – we'll come up with a simple yet fun competition question, publish and communicate as agreed, and draw the winners.

Information

Since the launch of Mecenat's new website we no longer collect specific content for Startpage Banner (previously Box and Mobile News) or Category Box.

Instead, we use already collected content from your Partner Page (including copy and images). Please get in touch with your sales contact at Mecenat if you have any questions.

Briefings for Mecenat

Here you'll find all available briefings for time limited campaigns, seasonal campaigns and other one-off campaigns. Each brief is paired with material specifications to assure your brand is exposed in the best possible way for each campaign/product.

Brand Celebration

BRIEF:

Mecenat Brand Celebration is our premium campaign concept. When you want to reach target groups who've previously shown interest for your brand or your product category, we can offer a communication package with all the bells and whistles. Your attractive offer will be exposed in all our channels during an intense 1-2 day campaign.

Unicore: eDM & Banner

BRIEF:

Unicore is Mecenats membership management system specifically for universities. Your offer will be part of the email marketing to all students registered with universities with Unicore implementation. Your offer will also be available at each university fraternity registration website. This products let's you communicate your offer to verified students in a non commercial environment with high credibility.

BRIEF:

Mecenat's Printed Brochure

BRIEF:

Mecenat's brochure is the most important printed communication of the semester. The brochure is sent, along with the Mecenat card, to 225,000 students in Sweden. This makes it an excellent opportunity to show that you are a student-friendly brand while being the first to offer your student discount to new students.

Students' Choice

BRIEF:

Students’ Choice is our way of showing students that you are a favorite partner among Mecenat users. If you qualify as a favorite partner you will earn the Students’ Choice badge which will be published on your partner page. Furthermore, your student offer will published on the Students’ Choice campaign page, and communicated through e-mail, push notifications and on social media.

Participation requirement

  • Our request is that you increase your student offer by 50 % (e.g. from 10 % to 15 %) during the campaign period.
